Will my existing equipment still work?

Yes. AReS 2 is designed to drop into the same RJ-11 jack your copper line uses today. Alarm panels, elevator phones, fax machines, and entry systems continue to operate without replacement.

Does this require my internet?

No. AReS 2 runs on cellular LTE, independent of your office internet. That separation is what makes it suitable for life-safety and mission-critical lines.

What is the migration timeline?

Most single-site migrations are completed in a few weeks. We coordinate with your carrier team, line owners, and on-site contacts so business stays operational throughout.

AReS 2 uses a major-carrier LTE network as its primary connection, with battery backup and remote monitoring included. Mission-critical deployments can add an optional failover path. The underlying Ooma AirDial platform meets UL 864, UL 62368-1, NFPA 72, and FDNY fire-alarm-panel standards, with HIPAA and PCI suitability for healthcare and payment environments.

Do you support multi-location businesses?
