- Who can create a Vault account? AT&T business sales reps sign up with their carrier email address. You verify with a one-time code and can start browsing right away.
- Do I keep credit for the activation? Eligible activations stay credited to you through the referral program. Deployed Dynamics supplies the hardware; it does not take the line.
- How are hardware subsidies applied? Eligibility depends on the activation and plan. When you enter the plan details in The Vault, eligible devices show the adjusted hardware price, so the customer sees the real number before the order is built.
- How does the AT&T VAR Referral Program work with the VAR arrangement? The AT&T VAR Referral Program, part of the AT&T Indirect Channel, defines how you work with us on an opportunity: you sell the service, we supply the hardware. Separately, Deployed Dynamics is an Authorized AT&T Value-Added Reseller, which is what authorizes us to sell the hardware. You don’t manage the VAR side.
- Who ships the hardware and supports the customer after the sale? We do. We confirm details with the customer, ship the hardware, and send IMEI and SIM details. Order questions go to our support team, and status stays visible to you in The Vault.
- What if the customer needs something that isn’t in The Vault? Bring us the requirement. We will tell you what we can provide for the opportunity and whether it qualifies for eligible savings.
